Kamen Rider Accel hate dopants but not Kamen Rider.
He Killed DOPANTS because he hate them (Dopants killed his whole family)!
He want to kill the user of Memory (not letting them sent into court)
He knows W well and want replace him as Kamen Rider (Superhero that defeat dopants in Futo)
So he gets the Accel Driver and Henshin.
The Driver is given to him by a mysterious woman.
The driver is given to him for revenge of his family death.
The Woman tells him I will help you revenge!
To protect the user from getting killed, W vs Accel in EP 20.
