1st episode of Gundam is titled as Gundam Rising (Gundam Daichi ni Tatsu which means Gundam stand on the great land)
now Gundam is on the floor..what a havoc.

NO doubt we are affected deeply by Japan's culture as we are watching the anime, toku, and etc.
